Oh dear oh dear! Up 2. Never mind. Lost 3 stone but having great difficulty with the last 1.5 stones I want to lose. Keep trying.....
170.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

the lighter you are, the less calories you need, have a lil look if you can lower them. and Google calorie zig zagging, may help boost your metabolism

Thanks for advice. I’ll have a look. I’m struggling a bit with calories because I already eat quite a small amount. I think there are a few things I could take out though just while losing the last bit to get within my healthy weight. Thanks 🙏🏼
