Feeling really good today. I’ve finally got the hang of things and I’m just listening to my body. I went to try on size 12 jeans that were snug six months ago and now they’re too big! They still have the tag on them. I’m also super excited for my first medical school interview next week! The point of this post is just a huge thank you to everyone here that has responded to my questions and have given me encouragement. We’re all in this together and you guys are amazing 😘
156.5 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
