I'm truly surprised. I fluctuated quite a bit this week due to an event. but I'm motivated to keep going! a friend remarked that I've been looking better lately. not necessarily weight but eating healthier helped me to feel better in general. thanks for the support everyone!
241.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 91.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
