Oops. Up a pound. Sometimes I get too wrapped up with my own success that I forget to stick to plan. I can blame this one on three consecutive nights with a bowl of cereal for sure.
Just the wake up call I needed to get back in gear. Oops.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

three bowls of cereal do not make you go up a pound. 3500 cals = one pound This is a long term thing with many daily fluctuations. As long as you stay on the right track the weight will come off eventually.
