OK, all the way to friday on week 1. Even lost 1 pound, i realized that's .27% of my body weight but it still in the right direction.
Gonna get to it this week to get below 270 hopefully for good.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
