📌生酮低碳329天~63.5
慢慢加入水果/優質地瓜不會每天吃
這週學校開始手沖咖啡課教學,
我們要準備很多資料,
沒空吃飯,所以我的晚餐是4點
忙到晚上10點會小餓,不想亂吃了
喝水後就不餓了😊只是嘴饞
果然肚子餓可能是缺水症狀

sinny 生酮只能吃藍莓/草莓/芭樂/蔓越莓 比較不甜的食物 很酸真的也吃不多😆
