Been a bit quite recently, I've been desperately trying to get back to my 'low point' which I've now done, not that 17st 2lbs is anything to be proud of, but its a lot better than the 19st 7lbs or so, that I was at the start of the year.
My mate who also weighed the same but lives alone (and therefore away from a fully loaded set of cupboards for wife and kids "treats')
Has done even better, he hit 15st 4lbs and I'm pleased for him. Just wish I'd stayed on the path of the righteous man and I'd be there too!
Funny thing is he followed my advice about eating the 400cal meals from Tescos and not cooking for himself, and it bloody worked wonders.
