I have been able to maintain my weight loss, played tennis on grass for the first time at the g town cricket club, lots of fun, fell a couple of times but most enjoyable, can't wait to go again, get fit guys gave me the tip to fuel body before and after a workout and it is working out to perfection, I have carbs and protein two hours prior to workout or tennis and do a 2 to 1 ratio of protien to carbs after workout, usually fruit, nectarines, apples or yogurt, and then usually a sensible dinner, chicken breast, pasta etc. This is working great I don't have to starve myself, even had a corona after match and a heineken sunday night.
