I rode the stationary bike for the first time in a month, but I need to exercise more for better results.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

That's great!! even a little bit is better than none, so keep it going and each day you ride just increase by 1 minute and you will build stamina to go more and more. Take care and happy riding!
