Had a run-in with a stomach Virus and my routine got messed up. Then took a break for thanksgiving. I'm not back into my food routine yet. Focusing on my morning excercise, and trying to eliminate sources of food cravings.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
