Starting Keto in a couple of days😱 lol... So easing into it for now... Anyone else done Keto? If so, how did it go?
198.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

its different for everyone but so long as you allow your body to adjust, get the right macros, electrolytes and exercise, rest when needed its great, Keto flu sucks but manageable, this is my second time around had to restart
