Gained a little from my cheats this weekend, but good news with BodPod today. Down 11.7 lbs of fat and up 1.4 lbs of muscle since last pod on June 22.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
