Absolutely no idea how that happened, spent the weekend in bed watching movies eating pancakes, hot chocolate, rice crispie treats and loads of popcorn... sometimes this weight loss thing asstounds me I never know how its gonna go
123.9 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
