最近迷上自製中式點心,
不免俗的得要試吃,
幸好體重不背棄我,達55公斤時隔兩天就恢復54.7左右😂冬天到了該好好克制一下嘴了!
120.2 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
