Oops! I had too many brownies again and I also ate a big lunch.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1620 kcal Fat: 43.92g | Prot: 93.67g | Carb: 202.00g.   Breakfast: Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Kale , Lay's Wavy Original Potato Chips, Ocean Spray 100% Juice Cranberry, Tillamook Swiss Cheese, Tuna in Water (Canned), Against the Grain Gluten Free Rolls. Dinner: Vinaigrette Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Pampered Chef Parmesan Chicken & Pasta. Snacks/Other: Katz Gluten Free Glazed Chocolate Donut, Coffee with Sugar, Hummus, Stop & Shop Baby Carrots, Krusteaz Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie. more...
