Today is Sunday October 14, 2018. Actually a good week of Low Carbing
even though I had a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard (Med.) and with the passing
of my Mom on Wednesday October 10th. I'll start doing more workouts
starting tomorrow. My water consumption is up, with is a good thing.

Dear Diary, My mom passed away at our local hospice center early
this morning at 3:37 A.M. Now mom can fly with the angels and be
with her beloved son and husband.
