Slow but steady! Wanted to be below 200 by October 9th, but I am close. Morning blood sugar in the 90's, 80's before dinner.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
