📌低碳325天~63.7
因為每逢夜市所以胖了😂
最近落髮嚴重
要補充鎂+B+蛋白質+魚油
老公一直念我蛋白質太高
我想我真的吃太少了
吃太少會瘦不下來
聽了好開心😄😍😍😍
140.4 lb Lost so far: 35.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
