Still making headway, and I am at my WW "goal weight" now so I can attend meetings again free. Yeah for that milestone! Still want to reach my personal goal weight by summer.
I have been finding it easier to follow the plan for the last 2 weeks. I hope this trend will continue.
In the short term I really really want to break throught the 150lb. barrier as that will be a true turning point for me.
