The exercises are harder than I remember them. Didn't realize that being over weight and over 50 made things harder. Hopefully with time and practice it will get better.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, I'm sure before long you will start to notice how the exercises start to get much easier. Stick in there

It will get better, and easier. I'm 50 & have been slowly rebuilding my ability to exercise over the last year. I'm doing so much better it amazes me sometimes. Just be patient., and before you know it you'll be amazing yourself!
