Well I have purchased new scales as my last set broke whilst I was cleaning them. I think I pressed a bit too hard on the LCD! Still these ones are a lot nicer and have multiple ways in which to tell me I'm fat.
My BMI, BMR, Muscle Mass, Body fat & Visceral Fat are all included in the Bluetooth connected App, so I can see in any manner of ways that I need to lose another 50lbs Isn't technology great.
Still its Thursday ppl, just one more get outta bed day before the weekend :-)
