Well...it’s not supposed to go up BUT I did walk 2 miles yesterday and made very strategic food choices at under 1300 calories so I’m just going to stay focused on that for now.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
