Happy St George's Day!!

Old scales = 147.5lb = ATW challenge weight
New scales = 148.8lb

Recorded weight = 90%x147.5 + 10%x148.8 = 147.6 (rounded to nearest 0.1) =>official weight = -1.5lb

YAY - just another 0.6lb to get down to my next mini goal on 10.5 stone!!

Although yesterday was a low (1,200) calorie day, it was much easier than Monday, because I was back in the office and so kept very busy all day. I've been trying the new Slim Fast "Hunger Shots", which are little 54 cal yogurt/fibre drinks (like Actimels) and are supposed to help fill you up between meals. I can't say having one did the trick on Monday afternoon, when I was suffering from an acute case of the munchies, but they did appear to fill a gap yesterday morning.

Being back in the office and on a low cal day, I took it a little easier on the exercise front, but it was a beautiful day, so I got out for a 20 minute walk at lunchtime as well as doing a double Dyna-Band workout in the evening (which included the dreaded cardio routine)!

I've got the day off today, but my little boy is going into his new nursery for a settling in session for a couple of hours this morning, so I'm going to go to the gym for a bonus workout - hoorah!! :)

Woohooo on almost reaching your next mini-goal! What was up with Monday and the global attack of the munchies? Was that Babu up to his dirty little tricks? I could have used a few of those "hunger shots" myself! I love how when you "took it a little easier on the exercise front" it still included a double workout :) There's the sign of a truly committed woman! Enjoy your day off and your free time at the gym today!

I hope your son's nursery settling in session went well and he enjoyed it. Great work on planning an extra gym session in his absence! Now that is truly dedication for you, so excellent work. :o)
