Feeling more in control this week. Not sure why. Would like to see this trend continue. One thing I have done lately is be absolutely sure that the house is full of healthy food. I have also 'cooked ahead' for nights when I'm tired or just don't care about preparing a meal. That has helped a lot.
123.7 lb Lost so far: 72.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

use lots of cabbage, there's a compound in it that tears apart belly fats
