Ok. Don't trust my scale. too much up and down. Weight fluctuates between 358 and 372. I am drinking a lot of water. Been tracking macros and calories (tracking on MFP). Know I've dropped inches because clothes for differently and I feel better too.

Started taking MCT Oil and on my first day of intermittent fasting (16/8). Haven't eaten since about 7:45 pm last night. my ketone levels are the highest I've measured this am (1.2). I'm usually 0.5 or below. Glucose was up to 114. usually in 85 to 95 but have heard that glucose goes up first thing in the AM naturally.

Started walking one mile on treadmill. goal is to do that all week. Hopefully the IF and walking will keep me in a higher level of ketosis.

368.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 148.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
