Some time ago, weighting in at 262lbs, my doctor recommended me to track my calorie intake. So I had to put in a goal and choose to set it to 190lbs, equivalent to an upper, but "normal weight" BMI.
This morning, quite precisely one month later, the scale had good news for me: The 25% Milestone is reached and I am about to leave the obese level.
Have my next doctor's appointment next week - first time I am looking forward to it.
