Been slacking on recording diet, but got better about just eating right without having to look at it. plan to start back and see how I'm doing calorie wise. Definitely still been losing.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
