Status quo ... goed eten zonder sporten geeft weinig resultaten. Nog een maandje rustig aan met de knie en dan vliegen we we weer in.
177.7 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
