Hello, I am a mom of 2.
You will see my starting weight here as 131 pounds which doesnt seem to bad but 16 years ago I was weighting 180 pounds and I decided to change my lifestyle started training and dieting (I am not writing eating healty because I dont believe I ever did that) and I maintained a weight of 120 pounds. In the last 2 years I slowly became more indulging regarding food and start skipping the gym.
For the first year the scale was nice with me and I was able to maintain my weight around 120 thought I got and I thought that I still had everything under control but in the last year I gained 10 pounds lost a lot of muscle mass ... so here I am :-)
