Did not weigh today... was up early and went hiking at (6h00)up Lions Head... what a lovely victory, never thought I could do it🤸🏽‍♀️💃🏽... body is very sore especially my legs arms and knees. But a great feeling of victory... the work in the gym paid off...
184.7 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
