This makes me happy. Having had surgery a little under two weeks ago, I haven't been able to work out until today. So, I am definitely happy with this. I am back to running, but not as much as I'd like due to pain. I'll just keep on truckin' though!!!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
