Today is my 1st day of getting back on track before I lose everything I worked so hard for. I got married this year so I had a focus and achieved my goal .now I feel like a crazy person just eating and not exercising and not caring and it’s making me sad.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
