I feel like I really need to stop losing weight. :) There's just no pleasing me. My sister's wedding was moved to December so I have a lot of time to lose the last 5 lbs!!! Cannot effing believe I'm this close. :D :D I think what finally did it for me was getting rid of the cream cheese and processed cheddar. I'm not eating any different than I was a few months ago. Replacing processed cheddar with the expensive kind and adding mozzarella instead of cream cheese made a huge difference for me.
I've made my first OWL grocery list and will get the stuff I need tonight. 5g a week added till I stop losing. I'm eating between 13 and 17g per day (mostly in vegeies) so I'll progress to 20g.
