Yeah. Things didn't happen this week. Was a rather stressful week and my anxiety levels were through the roof. Plus side is even with the amounts that I ate I at least stayed flat. I didn't really climb on the scale. And believe me I ate. Oh well. Just pushed off my under 300 victory back a week is all. Let's try again. Nothing to lose but the fat.
304.6 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
