not sure what prompted me to step on the scale this morning, as i usually weigh in on fridays. but i was both surprised and happy to see the very modest loss. because lately it seems anytime i step on the scale as a whim, my weight has gone up a few pounds (i know fluctuations happen and can be due to all sorts of things, but it's still depressing). i would be excited if all my fluctuations from now on were below the 180 mark, then i'd feel like i made some progress...
anyway, am also surprised because I am so due for TOM any day now...
beach countdown: 6.5 weeks. oh man, i'd love to be under 170 by then, which means i need to speed this up somehow, because 1/2lb a week isn't going to cut it.
