Avoided sugar and flour...followed well during the week.. with dining out on weekend with wine ok ... weight loss slow, but steadily going down without denying ones self . It's the sugar and flour to avoid. Oh, also went from half and half cream to milk in coffee with3.25% milk.. Next carton will be 2% milk.
