Good morning. Scale and Measurements are starting to show up. I've been cutting down my portion sizes and trying to workout more often. I found an app called Flat Stomach that is quick and amazing. Workouts are less than 10 mins. Very doable. Trying to be more consistent on doing them at least 4 times a week plus getting to gym. This journey is for me to feel better! Who's with me?
163.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
