Well another week another gain.. weekends and carbs are just not my best friends. Well its time again i set a realistic goal . From the 77kgs i was in June I told my self if I lose 2 kgs a month and maintain that would be good. Its been a slow progress but what I know is come December I am going to be 68kgs. I do not kick myself hard coz I know atleast my clothes are fitting now. Next weigh in is Friday morning and I was this 2kgs off me ... 😲😲
158.7 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

lol 😅 I'm also happy with my weight loss so far cause my denims fit me now and actually took out couple pairs cargo pants that was way too small for me and tried them on and they fit. I want to loose another 5 by December and will need a new wardrobe. 😄😄

As soon as I hit the 70kg mark i will aim just to see anything between 69 and 67kg mark ..🙈 That feeling when something that did nt fit 2 months ago fits perfectly now 🤗.... we can and will do this... slowly but SURELY.
