The recent upswing WAS water weight. At least this past week and last I did my TTapp basic calisthenics five out of seven days. Baby steps back to discipline, since I really do want to fluctuate around my goal weight, not my current plateau weight, by the end of the year, and cross my fingers that the double whammy flu in August will be it for the season, as my energy and motivation is still recovering. 😕
162.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
