Somehow still loosing weight (doesn't mean its fat). Yesterday ate big green salad with sardines at 10am and then 150g of dry roasted peanuts at around 2pm. Also a night out but without cravings for food (thanks to keto diet). I didnt expect to loose weight honestly.

I like whats happening so time to boost it with a 72 hour fast. After that a lot of green salad to get potassium and magnesium to avoid fatty liver.

195.8 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
