Down a little. Just losing what I had gained when I visited my sister last week and celebrated a birthday. My story for the last 3 months. Up one week and down next week. Going with my daughter for a mini shopping vacation for 3 days next week so will probably show a gain next week. So good news is I will have a fun time. Bad news , I will gain weight. Can't win sometimes. Have a good weekend all.
