Very encouraged... and a little nervous... but I must focus on continuously doing the right thing...had super early and did not nibble too much...eating healthy can fun. Did some step climbing in the gym yesterday, realized I still need to take it easy with the cardio , so I did some more weights instead...
184.5 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
