what? odd things, these bodies we have. going to weigh daily for the next month or so. won't log it if it doesn't change, but weird swings like this one are a thing.
189.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
