從63.6直線上升到66.今天65.5
中秋節當天終於好多了
中餐吃魚丸粥 晚上吃烤肉
吃烤肉/烤蛤仔/烤牛排/烤香腸
烤米血/烤魷魚/烤生蠔/棒呆了
不免俗來幾顆月餅。。
今年都沒吃到好吃的月餅
😤超級失望。。害我這麼用力吃
身體好多了。要開始節制了
144.4 lb Lost so far: 31.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
