快虛脫了。。肚子終於不痛了 但整個骨盆還有下半身的骨頭 都無比酸痛。。以致無法行走 我覺得有點誇張😰 所以已經進食五天粥了 今天太餓了吃煮泡麵 其他蔬菜肉類都只敢吃一口 補充一些電解水飲料。。滿滿的糖 趕快好起來比減肥重要 繼續吃粥。。。。😌
