Still very disappointed. NO weight loss. I now find myself binging on atkins bars. I am very depressed. This is not working for me. I don't have any energy or fortitude to get up and do anything. I'm really feeling down about it all right now. Feel like giving up!!!
201.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't give up! I bet you will probably see better results if you completely refrain from all Atkins/low-carb bars and shake products. Many people on here have experienced stalled weight loss or they gained weight when eating/drinking those products. Stick to regular, approved foods. It might not be as convenient or satisfy a sweet-tooth, but it will bring you the results you seek. Just getting those products out of your house completely will already set you in the right direction. Just don't let them do you in... your stronger than that.

Don't give up!!!! Try replacing those shakes and bars by real meals and you will see that this really works!!

Please don't give up! I was in your exact shoes not very long ago. Try to at least go for a walk today. It will help you feel better and it will help cancel out your Atkins bar feast. Trust me I know about over indulging on certain foods. Perhaps you shouldn't buy any more Atkins bars for a while if they seem to be a trigger for you. I had to give up my pita chips but I am so much better off as a result. Get moving, it will help you feel better about yourself, it will send "feel good" chemicals to your brain!

I agree, DON'T GIVE UP.I have felt like giving up too. But with the kind words of FS members and their support, I am still plugging away, at a stall right now, but I am hoping the scale will budge soon. I am going to try some walking too. Good luck

Just keep going!! Little things will help: skip the cherry tomatoes and try 2 tbs of salsa (be sure to check the label). You need to get your carb count up to 20NC. You would be surprised what eating more will do! My weight stalled because I wasnt eating enough. When I ate more, my weight didnt change but I've been losing inches like crazy.

Like Frostylady said replace those bars and shakes with real whole food and you will see the difference. Atkin does work but you have to work it..the bars have to go if you want to see success.
