I've recovered, and am now getting back into my routine. I'll be sticking to cooked vegetable's for the next week to limit possible sources in the event that I get sick again.
210.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
