Ugh gaining weight shouldn’t be this hard. Breakfast is turning into the bane of my existence. I love my coffee but by the time I’m hungry for breakfast, it’s lunch time. Or I’m eating to have calories before my first session(work) and then burning it off and playing catch up on calories the rest of the day. I’ve got a great protein shake mix that tastes good but I don’t always get one everyday. Maybe that’s where I’m going wrong and I should just plan on a shake for lunch. Still doesn’t help my breakfast issue but I guess it makes up for the missed meal. It’s noon now on my day off and I’m only just starting to think about breakfast..

I eat breakfast any time of the day I want it. If it takes you a long time before you are ready for breakfast then eat it when you are ready bunch time. take your lunch too so mid afternoon when you are ready for it, it is available. shakes work for breakfast too, not hard to get down on the way to where ever you are going. have the breakfast at lunchtime
