I began this app at the start of a terrible week. Work, school, home life all in chaos. Weight loss is its own struggle but focusing on myself helped to find some stability and strength.
249.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 99.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
