I had a very big cheat weekend so I was not expecting to lose anything, so I’ll take the .4lbs.... will weigh in again Wednesday to see if weekend splurge is gone.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
